I have the same Sriracha, but the Blackout (hottest one) … It is REALLY tasty.

Yeah I struggle with these anomalies too. I love a funky spicy sauce, yet pickled jalapēnos knock me for 6 for some reason.

I’ve found it’s more complicated than that. I can pour Carolina Reaper sauce all over my food and feel very little, then have Jalapenos on a pizza and my ass stings. Rare, but does happen.

The Flying Goose sriracha isn’t spicy like AT ALL to me. Ghost pepper. habanero, or reaper anything though kills me
